1 Purpose
- The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply without restriction or reservation to all purchases of paragliding flights between Roc
n' vol and non-professional buyers ("the client") wishing to purchase the services offered for sale by Roc n' vol.
- By placing an order, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions (GTC) in their entirety.
2 Vendors

3. General terms and conditions
- Roc n' vol reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time by publishing a new version on its website.
- The applicable GCS are those in force at the date of payment of the order.
- The customer declares that he/she is legally able to contract under French law or is legally responsible for the person he/she represents.

4. Prices
- The price of products sold on the Roc n' vol.com website is indicated in euros.
- Roc n' vol reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Any new price will replace the previous price.
5. Right of Withdrawal
– For any online purchase, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of the order for the purchase of services with no specific date or deadline at the time of purchase (gift certificates)

– A standard withdrawal form is provided at the end of these Terms of Use.
– A refund will be issued within 14 days of notification of the withdrawal.
6. Gift Certificates
– Gift certificates offered by Roc n’ vol are valid for one year from the date of payment. After this period, Roc n’
vol is under no obligation to provide the service for which payment was made. The amounts paid will be retained in full.
– Roc n’ vol cannot be held responsible for a late appointment regarding the expiration of the gift certificate if there are no available time slots before the gift certificate’s expiration date.
– The customer/recipient of the gift certificate must contact Roc n’ vol to schedule an appointment to receive the service
ordered by the customer. Under no circumstances will Roc n’ vol contact the recipient.
– Gift Certificate Refunds: If the recipient has not made contact by the expiration date of their gift certificate, it
is no longer valid and non-refundable
An expired gift certificate is non-refundable, as is the case if the recipient cancels a reservation less than 24 hours before the appointment.
We will not issue refunds for flights if the recipient, in the meantime, no longer meets our physical “criteria,” namely: * pregnant individuals, * individuals with a BMI GREATER than 28 (BMI = height x height / weight), * individuals who have undergone surgery in the meantime that prevents them from flying.
-Gift certificates are transferable during their validity period.
7.cancellation
- Paragliding is a free-flight activity. As such, it is subject to meteorological and aerological conditions. The customer
is informed and acknowledges the possibility of cancelling Roc n' vol activities due to unfavorable weather conditions up to the last minute.
- Roc n' vol reserves the right to cancel the activity up to the last minute for safety reasons on the decision of a member of Roc n' vol staff.
- Roc n' vol reserves the right to cancel due to force majeure, pandemic or government restrictions.
Roc n' vol is not responsible for any losses incurred by the client due to cancellations beyond its control.
- Cancelled activities will be rescheduled according to the customer's availability and the availability in our schedule. In the event of

8. Specific to tandem flights
- Roc n' vol reserves the right to cancel in the event of physical or psychological incapacity on the part of the customer/beneficiary of the gift voucher,

-Any camera used must be securely attached and not interfere with the safety of the flight in any way.
- Once the customer is in possession of the SD photo and video card, it is the customer's sole responsibility. Any loss due to
misuse or misplacement of the card is the sole responsibility of the customer. Roc n' vol does not keep copies of photos and videos and will not compensate the client for any loss.
- Roc n' vol reserves the right to use the client's photos and videos at its sole discretion.
9. Delay
- In the event of delay at the meeting point on the part of the customer / voucher recipient, Roc n' vol reserves the right to shorten the duration of the flight, depending on the length of the delay, or to cancel the flight if the time remaining before the next rotation is insufficient

- A delay of more than 10 minutes or a no-show will result in the cancellation of the flight by the customer. In this case,
the full amount will be due.
- Roc n' vol cannot be held responsible for any delay due to weather conditions or the safety of the passenger or pilot.

10. DISPUTES – CONSUMER MEDIATION
– If necessary, the customer may file a complaint by contacting Roc n’ vol at the following contact information: Email – contact@rocnvol.com
– If the complaint submitted to Roc n’ vol customer service is unsuccessful, or if no response is received within two months, the customer may submit the dispute to a mediator who will attempt to bring the parties together independently to reach an amicable resolution.
- In the event of a dispute between the Customer and the business, the parties shall endeavor to resolve it amicably (the Customer shall submit a written complaint to the business or, where applicable, to the business’s Customer Service Department).
If no amicable agreement is reached or if the business fails to respond within a reasonable period of one (1) month, the Customer, as a consumer within the meaning of Article L.612-2 of the French Consumer Code, may, if a disagreement persists, refer the matter free of charge to the competent mediator listed on the roster of mediators established by the Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation pursuant to Article L.615-1 of the French Consumer Code, namely:

11. Nullity and modification of the contract
- Should any of the stipulations of the present contract be null and void, such nullity shall not entail the nullity of the other stipulations, which shall remain in force between the parties.
