Hiking
The Gorges du Verdon offer a wide range of marked and unmarked trails. Whether you are a novice or an experienced hiker, I will help you discover at your own pace, alone or with your family, magnificent trails in the heart of the Gorges (Martel, Imbut, Bastidon..) or around the villages of the Verdon (Moustiers, Aiguines, La Palud sur Verdon, Rougon, Chasteuil, Quinson, Saint Jurs, Trévans etc) and around the Lake of Sainte Croix
My background : Originally from the Paris region, my love of nature and the mountains led me to settle in the heart of the Vanoise massif for 15 years where I did my first long hikes as well as paragliding and mountaineering. This unconditional love of nature allowed me to pass my State Mountain Leader Certificate in 2005, after the State Paragliding Certificate in 2004.
I came to live in the Verdon Massif in 2005 and practice this wonderful job, which is more a passion.

Hiking Reserve of st Maurin
In the heart of the Gorges du Verdon, Saint Maurin offers an unusual atmosphere of freshness and its open spaces contrast with the surrounding landscapes dominated by woods. Distance between 2 and 6km

Hiking Moustiers Sainte Marie
This hike will make you see Moustiers under another angle. The ascent will be done by the old Roman way to reach the plateau of Venascle or by the canyon of Notre Dame. Distance between 4 and 8km

Hiking Belvedere of Rancoumas
After crossing the pretty Roman bridge of Tusset, a steep climb leads you to the belvedere of Rancoumas through a fairy-tale wood with magnificent colors in the fall. The view is fantastic on the left bank of the canyon facing the mythical Escales wall.

The path of the Garde Canal Quinson
Very nice and easy hike along the low gorges of the Verdon, it is full of history of the men who built it between 1865 and 1875 and exploited it until the middle of the XXth century to supply water to the basin of Aix en Provence. The itinerary is remarkable in terms of landscapes and biodiversity Distance 10km

The mythical path of the Verdon gorges. The Martel trail runs along the right bank of the Verdon for nearly 15 km.

Hiking Crête de l'Ourbes
Magnificent hike in one way or in loop at the top of the Ourbes ridge on the Var side and on the left bank of the Gorges du Verdon at 1276m. This hike combines the Lake of Sainte Croix, a visual on the Gorges, and the distant horizon towards Aix and the Luberon, to see further on a clear day. Distance 8 to 13 km

Felines - Saint Maurin loop
This magnificent loop is very varied. From a superb visual on the Lake towards the Gorges and the reserve of Saint Maurin. This immersion will make the happiness of the big and the small ones with the troglodytic dwellings, the vultures and the water. An extraordinary biodiversity ! The picnic in the reserve is fabulous. The summit of the Mourre du Chanier
Several solutions are available to us to reach the highest summit of the Verdon at 1930 meters. I adapt to you!! in return, in loop, by a vertiginous corridor or not... The 360° view is breathtaking, and with luck we see the sea and... Corsica! Distance 13 km

The ridge of Plein see Moustiers - La Palud
This hike offers a magnificent view on the entrance of the Verdon gorges. Several ways to get there. I adapt to you.
The path to La Palud is then off-path along the cliffs, accompanied by vultures!

The Tour du Défuns Bauduen
